No Bonus/No Increment - Depends on Company Performance (but actually depends on shoe polish performances) No work/life balance - peak period gonna work till 2am. Next day come on 9am sharp. No empowerment/authority for employee to complete their tasks, traditional mindset of working method. No training opportunities, not even in the country if you are local staff. Favoritism/politics environment. Not listening to employees' suggestion to enhance efficiency of work and what they want.
