Pros
They have benefits, christmas bonuses, will train you, always doing small events for us, and sometimes free concert tickets.
Kontras
They dont like giving decent raises. Last year they tried giving everybody a $.50 raise and that doesnt cut it. The owner sold the company and they did an event to tell us about it. He got up in front of everybody and said we were all going to get abonus and it never happened. They have a couple of really bad guys that work there and they will not fire them.
