There is the ability to work for the seniors we serve. Compensation is reasonable. Communities are usually well maintained.
Kontras
Top Management have worked together too long and they do not listen to any other ideas other than theirs. Politics at best...in or out crowd not based on performance but based on do I like you. Processes are the most important thing to LCS. They do not understand the importance of people.
