The company hires people who are blind or visually impaired and has work equipment that helps people with disabilities work.

I assumed because this company caters to people who are blind or visually impaired that this experience would be more cautious and caring, but this is probably the most toxic work environment I’ve ever been in. Everyone formed cliques and participated in bullying from the management to the CSR’s. There’s times where I had to step out to calm myself down and I would leave work with a major headache from stress. Also, as one of the few able-bodied people at this building, I was given more tasks, and at one time, felt like I was the only one working and running the store.
