      Benefit is alright. Overall staff are friendly

      Kontras

      Too much gossip and top mgmt are political. And push responsibility especially in the function units. Even certain dept head don't cover their own staff.

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
