From a professional growth standpoint, all technical staff, including remote and on-site, are provided experience working with a broad array of technologies. LANSolutions cultivates the generalist in its technology professionals and will aid in continued training for those ambitious enough to further their understanding and knowledge.

As a smaller company, there is limited upward mobility and vacancies are needed in order to be promoted, specifically for non-technical staff. Additionally, the breadth of technologies are somewhat limiting and there is limited exposure to enterprise level platforms, meaning that technical staff will not be doing a lot of work with SCCM, Linux, Unix, or Oracle.
