The Owner of LANI is a sweet, kind, and caring person and works diligently to help LANI employees succeed. LANI's employees have been with the company for years! The employees that do not work out at LANI are ones that don't follow LANI's processes, are not qualified to do their job, and create a lot of drama in the company. The entire LANI Team do their best to avoid having these types of employees work at LANI.

This position only lasted a few months and then was terminated because my recruiter lied to the employer and told them that I was fully bilingual. Once it turned out that I wasn't, I was let go. When LANI let me go, I was first told that the termination was for an entirely different reason. When I spoke to the employer directly and found out the actual reason for my termination I confronted the management at LANI and was repremanded for going behind their back. I was no longer allowed to speak to my recruiter, and I was told that the company would no longer be working with me.
