My entire experience at an assistant manager at l'occitane was a waste of time in developing my career. The lack of communication from upper management is embarrassing. They hire interns at head office because they have low salary expectations. The DM is EXTREMELY inexperienced and unprofessional. She often visited our store and asked us what she can do to help. And then she would spend about 3 hours at the store prepping gift boxes and then leave. I found the lack of structure and there idea of KPIs unrealistic and do not drive the business. HR is also a joke. There is no follow up, or documentation. Over all I hope the USA takes over l'occitane Canada and fires all the lemons and head office.
