There are chances to grow and be promoted within the company; we get merit increases at the beginning of the year I'm in love with our current location, and this year we will be moving into a brand new building for which management has taken our needs, input and suggestions into consideration. All employees have access to online courses for professional development and HR does a pretty good job keeping everyone trained updated on company's policies; wellness challenges and professional development courses are provided regularly. Due to the size of the company and interdepartmental relationships, it is easy to gain visibility and exposure.
