- Seniors play politics with the juniors. - You never get to take leave more than 2 days and if you do you have to work on weekends to compensate because client billing is important than your vacation. - After working from 9-8, if we logout, you get a ping from manager asking whether you have bandwidth of 2 hours to work which can be done the next day as well. - Seniors try to manipulate juniors by saying that you might face financial situations because they think whoever they hire everybody is poor.
