11yKrypton Solutions is best known for providing our customers with the best products and turn time than any others. Texas labor laws state employment is at-will, meaning Krypton Solutions can terminate an employee for any reason at any time, so long as it does not breach any discrimination laws. Almost all companies in Texas participate in this, it is not unusual.
Some salaried employees do choose to stay longer hours to make sure the work gets done, as this is a small company many people must wear multiple ‘hats’ in order to make sure things run smoothly. This is not a requirement, but is necessary at times when major projects have a short turn time. To remain competitive with larger companies we do not always have the luxury of time.
We do observe six federal holidays as do most of our customers. However we do celebrate, within business, many Indian holidays as many of our employees are of Indian heritage, if you have a different religious holiday you wish to observe, please bring it up to your supervisor or management for time off. Once a month we host a company meeting, and provide lunch for employees.
We do our best to provide a pay raise for our employees every year, this is not always possible, we do however give end of the year bonuses to all current employees. Thank you for your review we value your option.
