High attrition rate No corporate IT culture No family health insurance No Term insurance No comp-offs (starting mid-level : >2 Yrs) Central authority(CEO/CTO), process/guidelines are almost non-existent

Not much work pressure, so no working late hours. Everybody is heard as long as they have something worth listening to. Projects are cool. They don't hold back when they increment your salary.

Options of what you get to work on are very limited since it is a small company. Slow personal growth.
