Lot of international exposure, projects from USA and United Kingdom, lot of growth and technical knowledge on new technology, architecture and managerial training. The salary structure is quite good based on performance review and HR review. Additional incentives and bonuses are also provided. Perfomers maybe paid more than industry standards or MNCs. The product division side has oppurtunity for international travel to different countries.

I have been in company for over 5 years and had a very rewarding career so far, enjoyed the work and collegeaues. Nothing much to complain as every company has some issue or other during various phases. The company is going through growing pains. Need for more experienced resources a key.
