Pros

The company has a great work culture and team spirit. The senior management is constantly encouraging and motivating, they recognise and reward performing team members . Lot of international exposure, projects from USA and United Kingdom, lot of growth and technical knowledge on new technology, architecture and managerial training. The salary structure is quite good based on performance review and HR review. Additional incentives and bonuses are also provided. Perfomers maybe paid more than industry standards or MNCs. The product division side has oppurtunity for international travel to different countries.

I have been in company for over 5 years and had a very rewarding career so far, enjoyed the work and collegeaues. Nothing much to complain as every company has some issue or other during various phases. The company is going through growing pains. Need for more experienced resources a key.

1. Management will not provide salary slips or appraisal letters. 2. Salaries are lower compared to other companies. 3. Some team leaders are micromanagers. 4. No health insurance for employees or their families. 5. Alternative Saturdays are working days. 6. The probation period is longer than average (typically 15+ months). 7. The offboarding process is extremely terrible, with management behaving rudely and assuming the employee has cheated them. 8. Management believes that employee productivity will decline if they go to the canteen to purchase evening tea. 9. Designation changes to senior levels are very hard 10. No vacation trip. 11. Employees must be in the lab for at least 8 hours. If they are not present, they must send an email stating the reason. 12. Management frequently monitors employees' LinkedIn and Naukri profiles. 13. No skill development opportunities—outdated ASP WebForms are still in use.
