Pros
I work with some of the most competent, creative, kind, hard-working people I've ever worked with. Everyone cares about the work they do and the impact they're making with their clients. There's true autonomy here, and I feel both trusted and valued. Most of the projects are fun, too - super creative, exciting clients, impactful iniatives. Because the CEO is more involved and in the weeds with people now, he's able to experience first-hand what's working and what's not working - and there's no one who works harder to fix something that's broken.
Kontras
We went through a period of lots of change and the communication surrounding the changes simply didn't land well with teams. We lost some key executives and there was a season of growing pains. There were also new expectations set for everyone across the board - and some people didn't like it. This is also a very fast-paced, heavy volume workplace - not everyone can keep up with the pace, and not everyone WANTS to keep up with the pace. It's not a fit for everyone.
