Management here is toxic. The keys to success in this place are to be a white man, or be willing to never disagree with the white men who are upper management. Anyone with a V in their title should be regarded with a dose of suspicion because they can and will throw you under the bus if they have to / want to. HR will not protect you at all here. Be prepared to work long hours, there is not enough staff in any team and even when goals are met you will just be given more "stretch" / impossible goals to meet and told it was not enough.
