At start it was great thinking and great initiative by this company , the goals are big , challenging and Interesting kind of work,everyday a new learning,Skills enhancement. In all one word it was good to work here. But then its gone worst.

Worst management, They don't know how to manage the things. All of sudden they start chasing only money and they forget their own employees.For them Its all about money, The credibility of their own words is zero. They became like Politicians " They said that we will make World Class Organisation" But the reality was they are only reason to break that backbone of the organisation. With these kind of things the alteration was from 250 Employees to 150 Employees just in 6 months.
