      The people are great, but leadership keeps letting go the people that made this company great.

      Senior leadership. All of them! It is such a shame what we are seeing happen to this company. It is like a lesson on what not to do if you want a company to survive. The CEO sets the tone for a company and he is a joke. He has been heard openly berating his own leaders on calls then telling people to add 5 start reviews on Glass Door. This house of cards is falling fast! I will be submitting my 2 weeks once I get an offer.

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
