      Small, everyone knew each other like a family. Upper management easily accessible. Ability to learn many new products and work independently. Partner of SAP. Yearly bonuses and raises.

      Kontras

      Behind in keeping up with some technology and 3rd party components as well as SAP versions. Not loyal to most employees at end when company under discussions to be acquired. No room for career growth.

      Unique partnership with SAP, great staff and caring CEO. Good people looking to do great things with partner, customers and prospects. Global reach - with fortune 100/500 customers.

      Kontras

      Very reliant on SAP Education sales org who has been at times very inconsistent. Wish I had more control of their selling techniques at time - to insure success.
