      Pros

      Company run by friends & relatives of management. Only lickers can progress. I cant open the names on net but there are many. Many more but reality is PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY IN ANY CASE.

      No one can take the decision.. a very small org. with very big politics. in this organisation you will never learn any thing except politics. Being jobless is better to Working in this organisation Dirty politics and mind games. NO WORK NO LEARNING NO GROWTH. Hiring is simple, actually they don't hire for themselves, they hire for another clients Only lickers can progress and lot of flattery u can find in company. Such a licker attitude employees only progress, Bad company in overall.

      - Flexible office timing - Great opportunity of learning and growth if placed on new project

      - Poor Management and Communal Politics with favoritism - Lay-offs at any given time even when you are working on several projects - Communal favoritism works utmost in Lay-offs - Regular delays in salary payment, sometimes it got delayed by weeks - Salary hikes are negligible irrespective of your performance
