Management lies to employees and clients, creating unrealistic expectations. - CEO is incompetent, manipulative, and ego-driven. - Office culture likened to a fraternity, with a focus on socializing rather than productivity. - Favoritism and lack of professional conduct is prevalent, with directors often rewarded more than other employees. Work Environment and Employee Treatment: - Toxic work environment with high levels of gossip and drama. - Poor work-life balance with employees overwhelmed after PTO and pressured to stay connected. - Gender discrimination in promotions. Client and Employee Retention: - Extremely poor client retention due to broken systems and incompetent management. - High employee turnover with low job security. Layoffs are baked into this company. You will lose your job at some point here. - Positive reviews incentivized, masking the true work environment. Sounds great until the CEO decides it's not financially viable or whatever excuse they use and lays you off.

Pros

This was a great place to grow and learn. My coworkers were awesome and the benefits and compensation were great. They do really care about you and try to make it be a healthy place to work.

Kontras

The company was not growing as quickly as I hoped - I was looking for leadership opportunities and that was not presenting itself. There is always a lot on your plate since it's an agency - more clients does equal a higher commission though so you do benefit.

Pros

I’ve worked with a lot of agencies over the years. KlientBoost stands out because it actually does the hard things well. The team is sharp. People care about the work and about each other. There’s a real bias toward action and outcomes over politics. If something isn’t working, it gets addressed. If something is working, it gets scaled. It's obvious, but rare. Leadership is accessible and transparent. Goals are clear. Expectations are clear. You’re trusted to do your job and given room to think, test, and improve. The culture rewards ownership and accountability without burning people out. From a sales and marketing perspective, it’s one of the few places where performance and long-term thinking actually line up. The work is challenging in a good way. You’re surrounded by people who make you better, simple as that. If you care about results, growth, and working with smart people who take their jobs seriously without taking themselves too seriously, this is a great place to be.

Kontras

KlientBoost is a performance marketing agency, it's not going to be a place you can check a box and perform in. Just like with any agency, you must be this tall to ride this ride.
