Hard to think of any - perhaps that training contacts are offered (note without financial support) though you must pay your dues via years of low salary menial work before being offered.
Kontras
Terrible culture with outdated, paper-based systems and primitive technology. Gender discrimination from clients is tolerated if it means profit. Salaries are shockingly low — legal assistants earn less than waitstaff yet are required in the office 5 days a week. No effort to modernize or move with the times. Interview process is disorganized — I booked annual leave from another role to attend, but they “forgot” my interview was on their calendar and turned me away. Old-fashioned attitudes around class and appearance create a stifling environment.
