Pros
Good co-workers, the SOPs are clearcut, and the work life balance is decent. They do promote internally, instead of just doing external hires, so their is some career growth.
Kontras
-Management can be petty, and lacks big picture thinking. They have clear favorites, and if you aren't one of them, you are at risk.
-One of the benefits that they hype to explain why they only offer 85% of the standard pay is their annual bonus, which is supposed to bring the pay up to standard. Per the Site Manager, the bonus will be basically non-existent until 2028 due to the purchase of a new building, so expect to be underpaid.
-The Indy site is fanatical about cutting costs. This means that unless you are continually showing management that you are actively saving them money, and that you cannot be replaced, they will 'let you resign for cause' and replace you with a less qualified (and lower paid) option. I have seen this happen at least three times.
