If you have personal relationship with the founders, you are favoured and preferred among other employees. Being crass and crude is encouraged. Basically no HR so take whatever problems that you have with the founders. Very little employee development. No bonus and increment is up to how you manage to suck up to management. Weird after work party that you are forced to go.
