Pros

Onboarding was efficient and smooth..

Kontras

Minimal support from upper management, client relations not a priority, profit over customer care and employee satisfaction. Work load is unrealistic.

Pros

The occasional goodies/lunch from vendors.

Kontras

Work is all consuming. Didn't feel like I had the support to thrive. No career growth opportunities. Pay and benefits are on the lower end of the spectrum, compared to other companies/comparable positions in the workforce. However, pay and benefits are about par with the HOA industry, which doesn't bode well when trying to survive the necessities of living costs and inflation. Other co-workers mentioned that they too felt overwhelmed and underappreciated. I would quantify my time working at this company as "unique" because you saw many inefficiencies and disparities in the allocation of work, as well as the high expectations, despite constantly being overwhelmed, with certain departments not properly training certain staff/workers (i.e. Client Experience with remote workers in the Philippines). Again, I had suggestions or wanted to provide positive areas where I would take ownership to help, but I was very much given the feeling that upper management/executives had to approve that, and at times felt that they just were willing to accept the industry/company standard. Many times I felt isolated, like my voice did not matter, despite trying to find the strength to continue completing my tasks and other assignments asked of me. My mental health took a huge hit during my time at this company, where I felt I was constantly at odds with my overall health and well-being. Sure, I did accrue those paid time-off and was able to use them, but I was expected to have all my work completed prior to said time-off, as well as having any assignments due during my absence/leave completed. Furthermore, I did feel that pressure and expectation to be fully caught up within days of my return, which again does not help the overall mental health and well-being when constantly thinking about work and the fact that you will once again be behind upon your return.
