- knowledgeable and friendly staff (for the most part) - decent location - paid overtime

- poor workload planning - constantly understaffed (so staff is overworked, leading to high turnover) - very outdated IT/tech - cheap with expenses - limited advancement or mentoring opportunities (approximately 20% of the field staff seemed to get mentorship/advancement, the rest were pigeonholed and usually quit after 2-3 years)
