Higher management is awful, they lack basic knowledge and have zero accountability. Favoritism is the only way you will get ahead, best to start on your knees and work your way up that way. Misogynist culture is an understatement. Pay is brutal with no room for advancement. They rule their little kingdoms by fear. Training is almost non existent. Any small mistake though and you will be threatened with your job, unless you're a favorite and then you can do no wrong.
