KeylimeTie is a great company to work for. Very laid back and comfortable working environment. Hard working employees that all have a passion for what they do and take pride in providing their customers with the best 'end product' possible.

Some clients/ projects can result into working long hours on occasion.

Diverse work opportunities since they will take on most any projects. Mobile development opportunities. Strong sense of style provides level of coolness to many end products. Nice enough office and free snacks when the company is doing well.

Owners aren't open to ideas from others in the company and believe every idea should come from them. Don't "walk the walk" but enforce rules they won't follow themselves. One owner verbally berates employees when in a bad mood (which is often). Not interested in helping employees grow or progress in their careers.
