Pros
So, it was by luck that I was able to discover Keyless Company, here in Irving. I insisted on getting an interview with the CEO (via LinkedIn), and received my offer letter about 3 days later. I'm the 1st military veteran to work for Keyless, and I'm really accustomed to proper time management and having definite goals. After I had been with Keyless for about a month (and learning the products), I was tasked with sales and business development in the educational sector. Lots of cold calls, emails. Like anything in life, you reap what you sow. It took a few months of staying focused and remaining optimistic, but I hit my stride and the successes started following. Did I make some mistakes? Yeah....Did I have some tense moments with the CEO? Yeah....Did I survive and learn? Yeah..... Happy to say that I'm proud to be a part of this team, we survived the corona virus shutdown without too many complications. We communicate ideas in constructive manners, respect the differences in who we are as individuals (especially me, because I'm super old and obnoxious) and there are some good days ahead for us. I plan on staying as long as I can.
Kontras
Well, Keyless has a history of people coming and going, past employees have written reviews, blaming the CEO for being toxic. When an employee is lazy and not doing the expected tasks, of course the consequences are going to be negative and unfavorable.
