1) Culture can be Toxic in many cases, empathy towards the employee is very less. 2) negative state of competition among peers 3) Top Indian management is saturated, so even though people are getting promoted, learning curve flattened as only top management takes all the calls. 4) This job does not teach any hard skills, you will learn the fundamentals of sales only.
