Regularly takes a long time to grow and upgrade to a new position, very Japanese sales systematic way of doing things very uptight, sometimes clashing its culture about how to pursue a sales versus affiliate’s country idiosyncrasy. First two years, in love with the company, after thar almost all shows some lack of motivation.
