Having worked at Key Media for 8 years, I can say with confidence that these 'Pros' have been very consistent.

The dynamic nature of the business coupled with its expansion means there is rarely 'downtime' (a good thing in this economic climate!) and things can get markedly busy in some departments, but as mentioned in the 'Pros' section, management ensures that support is ready at hand for staff when needed.
