Extremely dangerous work environment - Team Lead bei Key Assets: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The only thing this company is good at is biting off more than it can chew. They quite literally have more houses than they have the staff for OR supervisors. The type of youth that “fit” their model are the type of youth that should be placed in jail PERMANENTLY for the safety of society. Management and supervisors only step into the houses to drop off petty and then “head to the office for meetings all day.” Brand new staff are being left to deal with these incredibly dangerous and stressful situations with the youth (ex. being chased up the street with a shard of glass, having a knife pulled on them while HEAVILY under the influence of god knows what because they need money to get more drugs.) I have quite literally called a supervisor while in the middle of a youth trying to break down a door (and succeeding) while having to lock myself in the office for my own safety, only to be told by a supervisor “you got this!” They provide absolutely no support whatsoever after a crisis and are expected to return for your next shift with a smile on your face. The end goal for each program is to work down to 1:1 ratio with staff and youth in the house. Please do not waste your time nor put yourself through the trauma of working for such an disastrous and shity organization.
