If your going to work for Kevy, prepare to be a team player but also receive that from your coworkers every single day. 4. Grit This, in no sense of the idea, is a company that just gets by and continues on without improving. It improves each and every facet of its game due to the team's gritty efforts. Plus, the unruly work ethic of its management.
