-Politics: the politics at this company are the worst I've ever seen. If a VP or your manager has a negative or neutral opinion of you, it will play out in your opportunities within the company. -Diversity: I'm not just talking about racial diversity (which is also a problem) but more relating to the diversity of thought and opinions. Many VPs and supervisors preferred to do things "their way," and if a strategy or process differs from that path, it will be quickly corrected. -Work/Life Balance: this company did not react well to the pandemic. Because of a hiring freeze and layoffs or furloughs, many teams were understaffed. As a result, employees were overworked and many resigned. Stress permeated throughout the agency and it felt like a lot of people didn't want to be there.
