No rules, so you are free to do anything legal or even illegal

Kontras

The illegal things they can do till forcing a staff to resign without any valid reason, workplace bullying, mental abuse, intimidation, induce people to have very low self value and esteem. Don't ever think bout this company. It's like a group of kids playing with sands and sulk big time when things aren't going their way.

Pros

Es gibt kaum Leerlaufzeiten. Jede Schicht hat viele Arbeitsaufträge und Wartungsarbeiten zu erledigen.

Kontras

Keine Aufstiegschancen, gar keine. Das Unternehmen hat mehrere Einstellungsstopps verhängt, und die meisten Abteilungen sind unterbesetzt. Es herrscht ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen. Anstatt die Stellen zu besetzen, wurde die Arbeitsbelastung der Mitarbeiter einfach verdoppelt.

You learn a great deal, and the work environment is very dynamic and fast-paced.

The work environment felt very competitive and sometimes difficult to navigate. There was frequent micromanagement and inconsistency in management style. At times, favoritism seemed to affect the workplace environment, making it feel less supportive for some employees. Employees’ work and accomplishments were sometimes minimized or undervalued, and certain comments could be perceived as discriminatory, which negatively affected morale and job satisfaction.
