Management fond of publicizing what is private and confidential - Senior Teacher bei Kent Ridge Education Hub: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Had a bad day once and asked for a raise. Management took more than a month to get back as he doesn't have the knack of reading emails. (Don't ask me why). Eventually when he got to know that I wanted a raise , he raised this issue to all the staff during the meeting telling them about me asking for a raise. Seriously unprofessional and very unethical of him to do so. Will never forget this for the rest of my life. Had no choice but to leave company and inform others to thick twice before joining company.
