Pros
I like that the products were fairly organized and tidy, but that really has nothing to do with it as a workplace.
Kontras
They boasted opportunities for cross-training in other departments, but then in practice I was only offered home decor and an assistant manager took me off the list for training on some of the heavier equipment 3 times. I encountered multiple women with decades experience in their departments reporting to male supervisors sometimes that hadn't even been alive as long as they had been working. The same thing happened when a job in the shop came up, young guy under 20 gets in, while great female employees that had been working there a long time weren't given a chance. These guys didn't even have other credentials to justify the choice. It's an EXTREMELY SEXIST work place.
