      The hours were great, the work environment is relaxed, the people can be fun to work with, and the area is nice.

      Pros

      The hours, distance and pay were really good for me. The director does care about her staff and works to the best of her abilities to help you and support you.

      Kontras

      I came in at a time of pivotal transition and it was completely unorganized and chaotic. Your benefits if you are full time don’t kick in until 6 months after you’ve started working. The direct management of the preschool itself is pretty weak.

      Catty and unprofessional management, no mobility in terms of promotions, severely disorganized. Snow removal in winter requires 12-18 hour days
