Every day the owners, Amanda and Emily work to better themselves and their team, to be better for their clients. The team atmosphere is evident and radiates through each work day! All of the team members work towards the success of the company and none have an 'I' mentality. I've never felt more valued as an employee and a coworker than I have during my time at McLernon & Co.

None I can think of. Upper Management is quick to take feedback and adjust their approach if a situation has come up. Most agencies have a poor work-life balance, but McLernon & Co really encourages employees to take time for themselves to refresh and recharge.
