Extremely self conscious about herself. Speaks and acts nothing like a leader. Never seen such a poor leader like this in Kaplan before. The Deans are a laughing stock and don’t know what they are doing. The environment in Kaplan Singapore has become very negative and suffocating. It is not surprising to see people jumping ship.
