I’d attribute the varied perspectives and ideas you see in the material and modules to the diverse crowd that make up the team. So far, the environment here has felt collaborative with a lot of transparency, which makes it easier to take ownership of tasks. Concerning feedback on my performance, I like how it's always been communicated in a respectful and constructive fashion even during times when I may have committed some error or mistake.

While I'd say the work can occasionally feel overwhelming, something that was made clear from the beginning was that there would be a learning curve involved, and this has forced me to come out of my comfort zone when having to deal with challenging situations. In a sense, this has allowed me to grow in ways I'd never have imagined and taught me valuable skills around facilitation, critical thinking and time management. I'm also grateful to the entire team for extending their support whenever I need their assistance.
