Worse HR policies for the leaves case - 3 consecutive days (Sat counted as holiday), same for 4 consecutive days, then Sandwich policy they have. 1 leave only per month and 5th Saturday is working, apart this if you accumulate your leaves and on day of leaving they wont encash it. at time of appraisal they send PIPs/ not performing as expected kind of mails and hence not giving proper raise, and hence indirectly forcing employee to resign out of self respect.
