• Focus is on quantity, not quality: Get stuff out the door even if it's wrong. • Management lacks direction. Most process changes are a knee-jerk reaction to one situation, resulting in redundant and inefficient procedures that change often. • Suggestions for improvement are “welcomed,” but only from management. Lesser people are told “that’s not how we do it.” • Bottom line: Good place to work if you do what you are told, ask no questions, and work lots of overtime. However, if you happen to have an independent thought, that all changes.
