Pay was not bad for the area.

Amount of PTO and the truly horrible benefits outweigh any amount of salary. Ownership & High level management is absent and not reactive to the real problems. Local management doesn't really deal with shortcomings and ignores the recommendations of employees for basic improvements in workflow and efficiency. There is a bonus system that is attached to KPI factors that cannot be controlled by the employees.
