Schlechtes mittleres Management, keine klare Strategie, wie die Organisation das Geschäft unterstützen soll. Hauptsitz in einem kleinen Dorf in Deutschland.

Benefits are alright and you get some holidays off.
Kontras
There’s no room to advance within department, and favoritism plays a huge role in your success here. Promotion is rare and expectations are high, so you’ll probably do a lot more work than you are compensated for. Some areas have extreme and dangerous working conditions which are ignored by supervisors/management. The Tangent facility has a really high turnover rate and there seems to be company-wide production issues as well.
