All the things are Worst in this company except some colleagues

I have spent a years of my life for this poor company "KVR webtech". Now i can say this is one of the worst companies , I have ever seen. Very Poor management no humanity no professionalism. one of the worst is that KVR Webtech can layoff you at any time without any notice. They laid off more 10 employees before Deepawali 2023. They ruined their biggest festival. All the policies are against employees. You can't expect any support from them.
