Pros

The new management is doing a much better job at communicating with the staff and seeing if we need anything.

Staffing is horrible and it’s hard most days to get a break or lunch. Some days no one is even able to relieve you to use the restroom for hours on end. If you ask for a 5 minute break they say it’ll be a while. Then that never comes. Which is difficult if you are having any issues and need go quickly. Never knowing what unit you’re going to work is stressful and not knowing who you’re going to work with that day staffing wise is also stressful.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We agree having a break and lunch seems like a no brainer, and having those built into the schedule would make it easier to plan for and manage more efficiently. It sounds like you are starting to see positive changes in new management through communication. Hopefully that is just the beginning in opening doors for conversations much like your advice to management. Regarding staffing, our leadership teams work with marketing and HR to help fill open positions with talented individuals. Regarding more detailed scheduling, you brought up good conversation points and we encourage you to speak with your manager about these ideas especially since you think it'll help with moral and turnover. You will also have another opportunity this June to express these concerns in the Q12 employee engagement survey. We strongly recommend you bring attention to these needs in the survey. We sincerely hope your manager will listen to your needs and help alleviate your stress soon.

Pros

The staff is just so nice and very helpful and supportive I’ve never been more happy at a job ! Most places don’t care for there employees but camber has been absolutely fantastic. The staff the culture just has been amazing I finally feel like I have a place somewhere !
