      Lots of good people work there

      Upper management are micromanagers, insecure, uninformed, manipulative, disrespectful, know-it-all, back stabbing, scared, and uninspiring. Owner spends way too much time focusing on petty mistakes while not seeing that his company is run by people pleasing children. General manager and his ass-istant think they are the only people who have good ideas. They are so insecure that anyone who has an idea threatens them. They are back biting and two faced. On top of that, they both are totally out of touch with the systems and processes in their company but of course, think they know everything. They are laughable at best.

      Pros

      Terry Leads from the trenches with his team. He gets his hands dirty right beside you and always encourages. He values your time and personal lives as well as keeps it professional Always building into your strength.

      Kontras

      Not enough time for Terry to be there for everyone to learn and grow from his experience. The company needs to encourage his leadership style as there aren't many people out there like this anymore giving their time to build people up.

      Pay does not match work-load and management is unwilling to raise wages to meet industry standards Absolutely no safety training or accountability. Management is unqualified. Main computer program is unsuited for company needs resulting in slow and confusing processes
