An excellent starting point for entry-level professionals. The company provides a supportive learning environment with ample room for growth. During my tenure, some of us benefited from a remote work arrangement, which provided great flexibility, though I am uncertain if this policy remains in place for the current team.

There were consistent issues with payroll delays and unpaid overtime, which significantly impacted employee morale. Furthermore, the career path is undefined with no clear framework for professional advancement. Communication also tends to be siloed, with a noticeable lack of synergy between different divisions.

I got a good culture at here, from intern, until my phase during full-time, and also i appreciate to all nakama's to supporting me really really good, and also miss the vibe from each other, such as pm, other engineer, etc..

i dont have any cons with this, but maybe if you wanted to bring from down until middle step, this company will help you
