We appreciate your recognition of our competitive benefits and compensation package. However, we're concerned about your overall experience and the issues you've raised. Your comment about "everything else" being a con is concerning, and we'd like to understand more specifically what areas need improvement.
We strive to create a positive work environment for all employees and value constructive feedback to help us achieve this goal. Regarding your advice to management about favoritism, we take such matters seriously. KMM is committed to fair and equitable treatment of all employees. We've implemented additional training for management/supervisors over the past year to address these types of concerns and continue to promote an inclusive workplace.
We've made significant changes since your review, including:
Enhancing our employee feedback systems
Publishing Quarterly Newsletter for company-wide visibility and employee recognition
Implementing new leadership training programs
Revising our performance evaluation processes
Launching Tuition Reimbursement Program
